Operation Guide
1. Pour in Water and Flour
- Proper ratio of water and flour can effectively reduce the sticking of dough on the dough bowl
- Some cooking oil can be added as an aid
2. Select Function
- Support 3 working modes: kneading, proofing, kneading + proofing
- Support setting mixing time 1-40min, proofing time 1-2 hours
3. Finish a Dough
- The recommended ratio of flour to water is 100:50~100:60
- Joydeem dough maker has to imitate making dough by hand, so the motor will turn intermittently (work, stop, work...), which is normal

Note:
- The small lid can also be removed while the machine is working to put in water and flour
- It is normal for the dough mixer to run intermittently when kneading the dough.
- After kneading for more than 40 minutes, let the dough maker rest for 30 minutes
- To make the machine work better, the range of mixable flour is 600g-2200g
- If your room temperature is below 20 degrees Celsius, we recommend using warm water to achieve better fermentation results.
